Called Glickman. After several tries got unhelpful receptionist. Emailed material for him to review. Receptionist said she would not be able to make appointment for me to meet with Glickman until after she heard from him re: the materials. Get a phone call from Glickman saying "I won't read your materials until you make an appointment". Explained that receptionist would not make the appointment until he told her to.
