Have used for over 25 years. Charged $1200.00 more on 6 month Auto renewal than another Agency with same Insurance Company/ Same policy limits. Good thing I checked! All because they did not run reports to get best rate. Just plain lazy and poor customer service. Moved ALL our policies with them to another agency. Would not use again.
Except for a few years living out-of-state, I have been with the Glick Insurance Group and its predecessor, W.Z. Smith Agency, since 1959. I have never had a problem with a claim under my auto and homeowner's policies. When we acquired a new automobile or traded cars, which sometimes was more than once a year, Dianne Morris, or one of the other staff members, was quick to respond with quotes and recommendations for coverage. I will not leave this agency for the sake of saving 15% or any amount.
