We purchased a home from John in 2022. There were many issues that needed fixing. Some were taken care of such as the foundation crack with water coming in, after a week and a half, however we have still not been able to get a copy of the receipt from the company that fixed it for the warrenty. A broken sump pump cover was replaced after I told him duct tape covering the 10" crack in the sealed radon system was unacceptable. A chip in the bathtub was repaired.
