When you call you get a computer that's say push 1 for this option and 2 for that option.then when you choose a option the computer says sorry we can assist you. Then the computer hangs up.

Can't even load the web and the mobile app does nothing when you click log in.
Horrible!!!!!! Can't use the website to find a provider, just continues to loop back to previous pages. Can't speak to ANYONE on the weekend to get help finding a provider. With a longer email address, can't get the automated system to understand what the address is in order for it to send me the search the system is able to do.
