Very disorganozed and poor service
First, I set up an emergency appointment for a large kidney stone that wasn’t moving from my bladder. Then it did! So I made a non emergency appointment and cancelled that one. They were helpful! Then their office rescheduled me several times and then, not with Dr: Glick. Who was requested at every step! Finally the day before my actual appointment they tell me they need a referral from a general Dr (my insurance isn’t asking for it, they are) or they cannot schedule me to see the Dr.. Dr. Glick and all the physicians at Brandywine Urology Consultants are excellent doctors who are compassionate and provide the best care. I'm presently scheduling a second surgery (Dr. Glick provided surgery several years ago) to be performed by Dr. Mitchell and I am very comfortable with my decision to have him perform my surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Glick and the other Drs. at Brandywine Urology Consultants for your medical need.
Dr. Glick provided care for my sister while in the hospital. He successfully performed a procedure that will greatly help her with severe UTI’s. Our family is truly grateful to have had Dr.Glick perform the procedure.
Punctual, friendly, and communicative. The surgery was smooth, and as pain free as a surgery can be.
