Reached out for a consultation and they were extremely slow to respond. After back and forth for a week they told me they're not able to take on my case. I would have appreciated a quicker answer, so my time trying to solve an urgent matter wasn't wasted, and actual follow-up rather than me having to chase for updates. Extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism from this firm.
