Incase you were wondering if they can replace a differential bearing, they can't but will tell you on the phone that they can. Spoke with a office employee and informed them the bearing is squeeling and theres metal shavings in the differential. I asked if they could replace a differential bearing and and rebuild any damaged internals and this employee allegedly went to speak to the mechanic who told her they could.
