Hi everyone My name is lou and I'm 41yrs old. I have two children, a son who's 10yrs and a daughter who's 6yrs. I've decided that this year is going to be my year to do something for me and get back into shape, certainly after putting on 5 stone with each pregnancy! Now that my children are both in school and I only work part time,I have some time to be able to do this. Had a great year since joining, made so many improvements and hit targets along the way. The environment is second to none and all abilities can enjoy every individual session. Wouldn’t look anywhere else

Since joining Glevum gym the physical and mental changes I have seen in myself are amazing. Working out used to feel like a chore and something I had to do. I was unable to stick to an exercise routine, finding myself yoyoing in and out of gyms. Now I look forward to my workouts, I can feel myself getting physically fitter and stronger, as well as growing in confidence outside of the gym too. Since joining Glevum my confidence has grown in movements that used to terrify me. Everyday people are encouraging, Welcoming and kind. Im hotting more pbs and have made some great friends in a place that feels like home

Stopped in here for a ‘drop in’ CrossFit WOD with my sister who is a member, while I was traveling. The 7am coach was very welcoming as were the members. The workout was explained well and movement patterns / expectations were priority. Therefore giving opportunity to anyone who needed to sub for something else in order to still get a good workout. The facility was super clean and has all the equipment needed and expected. Will definitely be back when in town and I hope others make the effort to train here. Thank you!
