Stephen is an amazing guy, and pharmacist! He never rushes you and answers any questions you might have regardless of how busy he is. I used to go to him when I worked in this plaza. I moved to a Newmarket three months ago so I switched to shoppers in Newmarket. I quickly realized that was a mistake and now make the 50 minute one way bus ride just to deal with him! Steven is the nicest pharmacist I have ever met, he truly cares about his customers and his knowledge of medicines are extremely well advanced , I would and have recommended him to anyone , he is a well dedicated pharmacist to say the least.
Highly recommend this pharmacy!!! We recently moved to the area and I had been using the big box store pharmacy which I haven’t been happy with at all, and saw the great reviews for the IDA pharmacy. I had my recent prescription sent here, and after the first interaction with Steven, I asked him to transfer all my prescriptions there. Amazing service, I can’t say enough good things about him.
