Went to get an an alignment for my car. Everything seemed to be great until the owner took my car for a test drive. He had the audacity to start revving my car to the red line right in front of me ! I told him to stop what you’re doing and get out of the car. I walked in and Syed said it will be 186 Dollars. For 10 min on the lift. I said that is crazy 10 for 186 dollars. Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I called ahead to ask for pricing on an oil change and tire rotation, gave the year, make, and model of my car, and was quoted $60. That seemed low, so I double-checked what was included and was clear about what I needed. I made an appointment based on that quote. I was visiting from Georgia and when I arrived in Raleigh I had a mishap with tire that made it unrepairable. I called them at 4:30 on a Friday, asked them if they had or could get my brand of tire and they didn't hesitate to help and made it happen. I went the next morning, on Saturday and I was in and out within 45 minutes. They were very helpful in a stressful situation (my husband was not with me on this trip) and didn't hesitate to help find the tire I needed to match the others.
