I’m an independent auto repair shop owner near Pittsburgh, Pa. I was traveling through the area when I picked up a bolt stuck in my LR tire. I chose Glennwood Village tire Pros because I could see he was an independent repair shop. When I pulled in and told him what happened he sent one of his techs out to look at it. Before I knew it he had it off the car and was repairing it. He had the tire repaired and we were on our way in about 30 min. I grew up using this service station and my folks who still live close use it all the time and love Bryan and his team. Today I popped a tire going to visit my parents and pulled in to the station in the rain with 3 kids. They were slammed but said they’d fit me in. They made sure I had someone to come get me since it wouldn’t be fixed right away. Always excellent customer service. I was referred by a friend to go to Mavis Tires and have my car repaired. My car was making a knocking noise and I was told that it was the rod stabilizer. After it was fixed and I was ready to check out I was informed my car was still making the knocking noise and that it was the struts that was making the noise.
