We moved into this apartment yesterday and unfortunately the unit was not move-in ready. The bathroom was dirty, the bathtub drain was blocked, and the apartment was not properly cleaned before we arrived. We contacted management immediately, but there was very little response or support. As new tenants, we expected a clean and functional apartment on move-in day.
