Does not respond to calls, emails, or mail, and incorrectly bills insurance. I now no longer want to go to our pediatrician since they began using this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Predatory - cold called my office from an outsource with a local area code yesterday and I requested to be removed from the call list. Received another cold call from same outsource this morning.

EHR works great and great technical support.
They called me trying to talk to my Doctor, which passed away from a stroke and we are selling business. the caller insisted on talking to a doctor, which i again explain there is no DR. I called main number and they laughed at me. Horrible customer service. I would never use this company or refer anyone. Very cold and callous. ....I have spoke to management and they have cleared my situation for me. I'm very happy with their response
