My experience here was AMAZING all team members were welcoming, polite, and made me feel safe at surgery thank you all staff ! Very pleased
Making you show up 90 minutes early for a procedure is ridiculous, especially when they are running over an hour late so you spend a good 2 hours just sitting in a waiting room. However, ever single person that I interacted with was great. Kind and friendly nurses and staff really made all the difference
Very well organized center spacious parking with security man Leeds u to the entrance. The center is ver clean nurses and other paramedic very helpful and friendly .. I had surgery on my shoulder tear .. Dr. Tooma , orthopedic surgeon Saw me twice prior the operation explained to me the procedure and offered me my options I have done my surgery yesterday discharged same day today I am feeling no pain .. Horrible rude people. Had an appointment for 9:00 am for a routine procedure. Checked in a little after 8:15 a.m. now it’s 10:32 a.m. and not a word when I will be seeing my DR. also if you ask someone what’s going on they will not come back to tell you.
