My surgeon, anesthesiologist and one Black nurse were excellent. I cannot say the same for anyone else . I was told to be there at 8:30. I did not get taken back until 10:10. I had already did my pre-op paperwork and was adamant about life-threatening allergies that I have. "Low and behold, the nurse put tape on my IV site knowing that I was allergic to tape/ powdered latex gloves. She was rude, loud and a bit arrogant.. I took my daughter to get her tonsils and adenoids removed and I couldn't be more happier with the team that took care of her. One nurse went above and beyond for my little one. She had an accident when she woke up for surgery and the nurse went to the store on her lunch to get my daughter some sweats. I did not get her name, but if she sees this I just want to let you know I am forever thankful of the kindness you showed us. We need more nurses like you .
