I had an appointment within weeks of my initial call and got everything done in one visit. From the first steps into this facility to my last steps out every person I encountered for all 5 of my procedures (xray, 3 ultrasounds, mammogram) that day were lovely people. Competent, professional, and very friendly which made the day go so well.
I went to this location for an X-ray after being told no appointment was needed and that walk-ins were accepted. When I arrived, I asked about the wait time and was told there were only three patients ahead of me and it would take about 15 minutes. However, I ended up waiting over 35–40 minutes with no clear update. When I checked again, staff could not provide an estimated wait time.
