I had a less than ideal experience with their front staff. The technician being a student was not disclosed to me (I have no issues with students) however I only learned this fact when another technician entered the room in the middle of a sensitive examination to verify the initial technicians images. It was an upsetting situation and that should have been disclosed before hand as I was in a vulnerable situation and was not given a choice.
Second time coming here. I was 2 minutes late. Had to wait 8 minutes for both receptionists to get off the phone to book me in (they were both being rude & unprofessional on the phone to the other patients) One of the ladies brings me to the back to make me change and wait another 10 minutes. Then come to tell me they’re cancelling my appointment because i was late. I have a severe infection, i live 45 mins away with a 5 month old baby. We went there for a 34 week prenatal scan to check up on a physical abnormality for our baby. We were not told that the technician we booked with is in training. The technician was doing his best, but the girl in our room “training” him was taking phone calls and typing nonstop on a computer. She did not say anything to us, other than telling my partner very abruptly not to take videos of our baby. We had to remind the technician and team what our scan was for, and they were not able to actually check anything to do with the... read more

Was able to expeditiously book in an ultrasound and they have a very clean facility. Some very nice ladies working there too.
