It's a worse place to go. Staff is rude and engages in frequent arguments with the patients. Some of their front desk staff don't even speak English clearly and can't communicate well, and that ads to more confusion. The management should look into it.
Terrible customer service. Took three days to get results back To my physician. Staff are argumentative, Would rather argue with the patient first, then to come to a resolve. Instead of sending the results right away, they say because it’s not a stat order they wait For 2 to 3 days to send in the results. Even though they already have the results. I had a very frustrating experience at this place. I was scheduled for both an ultrasound and a knee X-ray. The ultrasound was done first, but I ended up waiting over an hour and a half just to get the X-ray done. It turned out they had completely forgotten I was still waiting. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, and no one checked in or communicated during that time. It was a waste of time and extremely unprofessional.
