I recently had an ultrasound at Glenwood and my technician was named Rabina. My initial interaction with the staff was great, I am friendly off the bat and try to be polite back. The ladies at the front were very welcoming and friendly. The nurse who led me to the ultrasound room was also very nice. However when I got to the ultrasound room I greeted Rabina and was ignored. NORTH EDMONTON LOCATION...5348 Admiral Girourd Rd Had been having pain issues with my Lt shoulder/arm, did xray/ultrasound, the staff I had was awesome took time and was very gentle. Ended up going for a cortisone shot to shoulder. Had an immediate appt for next day. Even with my low pain tolerance the injection went great. The radiologist, Dr Turner was very understanding and gentle and took his time with me, I hardly felt a thing! I greatly recommend this location the staff are the best!! Always professional anytime I have had to go there and appointments run on schedule in my experience with ultrasound. I would say a 4 star at that point. I however had to get an xray done after the fact for referral to a specialist. My doctor sent the requisition and when I called to make the appointment was told they don't do that xray. Knowledge may be lacking in booking staff answering calls. I went elsewhere for the xray that they didn't seem to understand they do....

I booked to this clinic because of their advertising of next day appointment. I booked Tuesday and given Friday appointment. I raised this question when I booked and was told their technologies is sick and the earliest appointment to give me is Friday. If I can wait for few weeks, I would have gone to Insight Imaging in Meadowlark. So today, the clinic called and cancelled my appointment because the technologist called and sick.
