I only have experience here with pregnancy related ultrasounds, and it is not good. Each ultrasound I have been called back for at least 3 times because “they didn’t get the needed images”. I had one female blonde tech that was lovely and kind to me but all the others have been cold, and made me feel poorly about my body and gave me unnecessary worries about my baby. I got my Abdominal X-ray done yesterday and was shocked when I was told to only remove my clothing from waist up, and keep my jeans on. I even confirmed with the technologist who took my X-ray if my jeans would be a concern, and they said no. And now my results are unclear due to my clothing. It is very unprofessional that the staff are uninformed and do not know the instructions for an X-ray.
Visited Glenwood Radiology West Edmonton. The facility is clean, staff are professional, and appointments run on time. Free parking is available. It can get busy, but overall the process is efficient.
Fast, efficient , service is excellent and a friendly staff. Doctors are very easy to talk to and answer all questions. 10/10….would be nice to see a coffee machine in the waiting room; that’s my only recommendation
