The smell here is something else
I took my daughter who was sick to this place because it's the closest Medical Centre to our house since our usual GP was already closed. The receptionist said that it was fully booked but you can still wait and the doctor will fit you in. The receptionist said that we can go home & come back around 7pm since there were many patients in front of us. They didn't mention that it was going to be a very long wait. Came back & didn't get seen till 8.45pm. In total my daughter waited around 4.5hrs to see a doctor with no apologies... read more
I had one of the worst experiences at this medical centre. I stepped in at 3 PM and kept waiting until 7 PM, only to be told I needed to “come up again to give my name at 3:45 . You come up at 4:30pm and ask now your number according to that and In between there are slots already booked for the doctor.” This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
