You book an appointment, wait over a month, you go to the centre and find out walk-in patients are given priority over your appointment as you are not a regular patient. Atittude of doctors and rest of the staff is horrible.
I told the reception that my kid had 38.6 fever 2 hours ago and it came down a bit after giving nurofen and she cant sit for long, still had to wait for more then an hour for our turn. Staff is good but they need to consider the condition of their patients.

Went in quotes a 20-30 win wait. At 45 min asked the receptionist and they said again 20-30 min wait. Will never go here again
