I had an appointment at 10:00am, but only after I arrived I was informed that the doctor would be delayed by one hour. There was no prior phone call or message to notify me of the delay, which meant I wasted a significant amount of time waiting. I understand that delays can happen, but a delay of this length without any notification shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. I hope the clinic can improve its communication and patient management in the future.
Waiting time is very long . I waited nearly 3 hours for my turn and They don’t care if u are in pain or not . Very disappointed. Even if u don’t have appointment with the doctor and you are sick , they won’t let u see the doctor.
I consider Dr. Shilpa to be one of the best general practitioners I have ever encountered. Her responsible approach and swift response to my condition were exemplary. Thank you!
