Absolutely Amazing !!! The staff was friendly, knew me, and acted as if they'd known me 20 years. I was seen almost immediately, and Dr Clausson came in pretty quickly. He sat there, took my medical history, current ailments, medications, and actually listened to me talk about everything I've been suffering with for years now ! I have lived in Glenwood now for almost 10 years. I came from a large city in another state with all the rush rush rush and no actual pure community caring. Even after 10 years ,this town still surprises me with more and more amazing things I still am shocked by in a good way. The saying.." The nurses are fantastic. I was waiting for a medication to be filled and needed a prior authorization and Francis had it completed within a few hours. As someone who worked as a nurse for they’re entire career I know what that consists of. Very caring healthcare professionals!!
I went there on Friday, the lady that check me in said the er was not busy. Few minutes later I taken back to the er, and brought into a small room that look like a storage closet at on time. I sat in the for 3 hours and not one person came to check on me. I finally got up and left. I would not advise anyone going to that er ever. That is the worst ER that I have ever been too.
