good place to calm yourself
Good little park in the area by the Little Neck LIRR. Not much of a park in terms of room but they do have benches and trash bins. Good as a quick rest stop if you're walking in the area/walking your dog or if you have a lot of time to kill waiting for the LIRR. Please keep it clean, they have trash bins here!

I love this place. New York City great-society architecture at its best. There was a time when we have extra space to the public to enjoy, instead of trying to eek out every possible cent of profit for land developers. I’m glad to see places like this still exist all over Queens.
