One star is being generous. This place is the epitome of Hell! My mom sustained 6 broken ribs and a punctured lung in the first 24 hours. The stench lingers with you long after leaving. The staff was rude, cruel and uncaring. Every patient was put into a wheelchair and sat around the nurses station 4 deep, for the entire day. Despicable, disgusting environment. They can change their name as many times as they want, but they will never erase the evil that those walls can tell.
Nothing that Glenwood presented in our initial meeting and tour was true! The administrator,was so friendly and helpful in the beginning and then later on, after admitting my dad into their care, I was horrified at some of the things that went on there. My dad was not cared for properly at all. many times i came to visit and he was soaking wet, laying in his own wastes. The place reeks of urine, to the point that it makes your eyes sting.
