I had to come on here and give an honest review living here. The winters are horrible. Management would tell you remove your AC units from the window, but the issue isn’t the AC units, it’s the lack of heat. It’s currently below 30 degrees outside and all throughout the night and still no heat. I could understand if the heat was on consistently throughout the day and night and at a correct temperature and tenants were still complaining it’s cold then the argument will hold regarding the AC unit in the window. Worse place ever. Filthy building, not renovated as it looks in the pictures advertised on websites. Mice and roaches infested. In the colder season, make sure you have your own electric heater because you barely get any heat here. You have no control over your heating. Not worth what they charge.
