Very convenient location – New management has taken over and you can definitely tell. The property stays nice and clean and management is very strict on keeping unwelcome visitors and the riff raff out to keep the area safe. But it takes more than management for the property to be nice. The residents play a major part too. If residents want to trash the place and bring the area down, then of course any apartment complex is going to be bad. But management has really turned things around. Great Experice. – I have lived at Glennwood farms for five years on Harvie Road and I have never had any major problems. There were a few but that's with all apartments. I think it depends on which apartment you get that will make the difference.
never even consider renting here!!!! – i was so excited when i found out that i was going to be moving into my first apartment, little did i know the trouble that was ahead of me & my first rental experience. i moved in my apartment in october of 2007 & within 2 days of being there i knew it was a HORRIBLE place to be. There was a shooting in the parking lot & my daughter that was 3 at the time and myself where only about 15 foot steps away at the park that is in the yard.
