I dropped off 2 tractor tires and was told they had the part and it would be done the next day. The next day it was about time for them to close and I had yet to hear from them so I called and they then told me they didn't have the part and had to be ordered but it would be done Tuesday. I had called before I made the long trip to make absolutely sure I would get the right part. It looked different, but I figured they knew the numbers should match. Unfortunately, the part was wrong!! It was a bit of a hassle, but the next day, I called, and they had it, and it was the right part the second time. They were so nice they made up the difference, so the gas wasn't so bad.
