In general, I found office staff, hygienists, and Dr. Wisk to be friendly, responsive, and professional while I was a patient of their practice for seven or eight years. That said, I was disappointed they stopped participating in-network with both my old and new insurers. Neither of those insurers would allow their full costs as the basis for payment, presumably because they view them as higher than what is reasonable and customary. Tina is the front desk receptionist and scheduler. My first negative experience was when she called me to cancel all of my family’s dentist appointments and needed to reschedule. When I attempted to schedule all four of us, she said she would need to check the schedule and call me back for when all 4 of us could come in. She never called back.
