They truly suck. Not professional. They do not accommodate people with disabilities. Every year I never receive my lease contract in a timely manner. They do not have contact numbers to address concerns, issues, or problems. I've got stories. Only still there because my schedule is hectic and I travel alot. I have to do better, because they are slumlords.
Worst place to live. Full of mice, roached and bedbugs. Managment is awful, Angela is the propery manager and she always put everything on her boss and her boss, a guy with awfull behaviour and with a very bad attitude fire her and after couple of weeks take her back. They will definately keep your security deposit even if you leave the appartments in better condition. I really dont know anybody that took back the security deposit from these scammers.
I called for an apt. application to ask of the follow up. The woman laughed at me and hung up. TOTALLY unprof. But you sure have Welfare people living there though.

The worst place to live I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent from them , me and my children was with out heat all winter because they didn’t want to replace the tank and it also rained in the apartment all winter and all the owner care about is money I repeat this is the worst place to live
