I was diagnosed with 2 disks (L4 and L5) herniation in my lower back. The MRI confirmed a 6 mm and 8 mm herniation along with the beginning signs of spinal stenosis. I consulted with me regular care provider and a neurosurgeon about a treatment method and for my age (30) there were not many options accept for pain medication and muscle relaxers.
