Very skilled Siding, Window, Roofing contractor. Took there time to go above and beyond. Everything was done to perfection. The yard was clean at all times. My brothers hire the low bidder 5 years ago and now his homes exterior is falling apart. He's now calling Glenwood Builders LLC after realizing the difference between a job done fast and a job done Right
Metal roof installed 2021. I waited to post a review to see how it performed. Cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter as shown by my utilities. Many extras done to complete project. Gable vents added for ventilation and false overhang removed over porch with awning installed no extra charge. I am able to open windows and enjoy moderate outdoor heat whereas previously I would have to seal up house and turn on AC when temps got above 80. Took him two months to finish the roof, it was leaking in less than a week. Lots of excuses, says one thing at time of estimate then does something different at time of install. My roof looks terrible and I have no faith that it isn't still leaking.
We have given Walt Shuhmacher of Glenwood Builders $11K as a deposit. He was supposed to begin our roof in the Spring of 2019. Here it is the end of July 2019 and no Walt, roof or money. We asked him to return our money and he says he doesn't have it.
Glenwood Builders are craftsmen at there trade. They installed a Premium Metal Roof system, siding, soffits, facia, windows and a new ventilation system on our home. All of the products they installed were explained in detail for preformance and durability, as well as compared to other products. Our home is now cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter, thus saving us money in energy costs. Our yard was clean daily and the landscaping was left intact.
