My grandparents are both in the memory care unit here. After my grandmother was absolutely miserable when she was at the memory center there, she's now happy amd joyful again, and has made many friends. The care provided has been excellent.
We are very thankful for all the Glenwood care givers and staff. Our family will be forever grateful for the great care given our loved one. Thank you.
The residents are here to get socializing and instead they are prisoners in their tiny rooms cause of “COVID” I also find it absurd to blame my grandma for an incident that happened and caused her injury when nobody saw it. Weekends good luck getting in or out. Also good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. Lately staff are too busy dressing up and posting pics on fb. There is never any updates about seeing our loved ones. It’s been 3 dang months.
