Great work, punctual and well done.
I've used Glenville Plumbing 2 times since we bought our place on the lake in September. Great customer service and professional work. Nathan and Ethan were courteous and always pleasant. Will definitely be my go to plumber in NC.
These people actually answer the phone most of the time and when you have to leave a message, they actually call back! Further, they are professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. They fixed multiple problems with our water pipes and considering the time they spent, the cost was very reasonable We've used several plumbing companies over the years, but won't be looking any futher than Glenville Plumbing the next time..
I first called Jackie at Glenville Plumbing in May of 2000. I also called (5) other plumbers simultaneously…it was a Saturday…they all advertised 24 emergency service. 80% of all plumbing service calls ARE an emergency. ALL four (4) of the other companies responded ultimately and said they would come out “first thing Monday morning”…. That Saturday I met Joel Smilack, owner of Glenville plumbing.
