Brought a car in to have brakes done. While in the shop they found in needed the sub frame replaced - we did that. It needed tie rods. Got them. It needed wheel bearings and bolts for the alignment. Done and done. After three weeks of them calling to say they needed even more parts to work on the car - because they didn’t just tell us what all parts were needed at one time - we brought the car home and found all the brand new brake parts still in the boxes in the back of the car.
