Extremely disappointing experience. The property has numerous structural defects, and the overall build quality is far below expectations. Some issues were clearly present from the start but appeared to be covered up or poorly patched instead of properly fixed, which is very concerning. Communication from the building and maintenance team has been consistently poor and slow, making it difficult to get any issues addressed in a timely manner.
