Nice quiet place to sleep
mailbox got broken into while i was out of state thanksgiving weekend, still not fixed and still no mailbox, now heat went out tonight. they dropped off a space heater. worst place Ive ever rented from. also knew i had kids and failed to tell me the next door neighbor was a crazy person who pulls guns on the other neighbors and has propositioned my children to go inside his house. if i could give zero stars i would. oh and rent went from 1100 to 1600 with hidden fees. total scammer company.

Yes Communities as a whole is an absolute joke. That's where our old trailer was. We were supposed to be buying it so we paid the down payment but it fell through because of their own mistake with the paper work so we had to rent instead and they charged us a security deposit on top of the down payment which they NEVER refunded back to us despite the fact that the sale fell through. $1700 down the drain. I don't normally both with reviews, but I've about had it. If you're looking to buy a home here, double check everything!! Since the almost 2 years I've been here, I've had my ac stop working twice, my plumbing has been messed up only months after moving in and I'm finally able to pay to get it fixed. I paid 40 grand for this home and the repairs that I've gotten done have cost me at least an extra $1,000+ that I really can't afford.
