Shoutout to Rigo and Al! They listened to my concerns, evaluated the issue, and fixed what was broken. Professional, efficient, and thorough. I can’t speak about the others, but if you need your home repaired, request these two, they’re fantastic.
Jan 2025 Rico helped us out with our 30 day Tarion issues and went above and beyond! He made sure that all the tasks were completed properly before leaving. The worst builder in town. Don’t fall for their scam. They will sell you the house but everything breaks in just a month cause all the material is the cheapest they could get. They don’t fix things, just show up after 6 months of request and then disappear. They are not at all organised and their staff is the least trained. We called their emergency line 3 times and no answer. Do not buy houses from them if you want to live long term with your family.
