Recently bought a house from Glenview Homes and we couldn’t be more happier. The dedication and passion they put, is reflected in every corner. Succession Court neighborhood is fantastic—safe, friendly, and close to everything I need, from grocery stores to parks and schools. The entire process, from purchase to move-in, was smooth and stress-free, thanks to a supportive and responsive team. This home has exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m truly grateful to call it mine and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to live.
Update Apr 2025: The absolute worst experience of my life. After fighting for months to get our issues fixed, they reluctantly agree to start the basement work but stall midway, refusing to do other fixes because we asked to start a Tarion inspection for the tens of other issues (some quite significant) that they haven’t fixed and delayed since our PDI. Now after they turned our basement into a construction zone, not completed, they are refusing to fully cleanup or move our stuff to where they were. Absolute worst work ethic... read more
