This condo association is the most useless ever! I reported bunch kids smoking inside the building for so many times, but never been done anything. So useless service manager! Asked me to send video footage so I did and nothing have done. Do not come to this associate either buy or rent.
I have been trying to advocate for our building (2303) to be treated for mice for months now. We moved in as owners in November 2024 and had a great experience here (it really was 5 stars) till the morning of January 1st 2025 where I saw a mouse run across my feet. It is now June 6th, and they claim our building has been treated for pests twice but I doubt anything has been done. We had a pest professional come to help us with the inside of our unit and we were informed if we don’t have the nests removed in our building that... read more
Worse place ever woke up my car was towed been living here since 2016 only because it was parked in reserved but still had the permit sticker for the complex ridiculous
