They Never Do Bulk Billing, Govt Should Look into this. Paying taxes for last 25 years in Aus and still have to pay even for test results. That's sad

Dr. Dayani has been our family doctor for a while and I particularly would like to thank her for the way she supported us when we got that scary diagnosis a couple of years ago. She went out of her way on a number occations to help us out, securing appointments and chasing for reports, etc. We are forever indebted to her. Highly recommend.
Phone waiting time is too long not happy with that
I booked physio appointments at Glenunga Complex with Kushdeep Kaur. I needed to reschedule my first appointment, which I did properly by calling more than 24 hours in advance. The staff member confirmed over the phone that my appointment had been moved from the 13th to the 20th. When I arrived for the rescheduled appointment on the 20th, I waited for 40 minutes before being told the physio would not see me because I had supposedly “missed” my earlier appointment.
