Firstly, I made an appointment and they didn’t see me at the scheduled time. That was okay, I understand that things can get busy. Then the doctor called me in and we had the consultation. I was there to talk about a very delicate and personal issue that I was going through, but she showed absolutely no empathy. She rushed through the appointment, even though I had paid to be there. Would not recommend for women's health especially Dr Rajani Srinivasan. Told me symptoms of an extremely uncomfortable infection could possibly be happening in my head when results came back negative and showed no concerns or interest around trying a different approach or gathering more information. Absolutely disgusting and outdated attitude towards women's health. All women deserve to be heard, treated respectfully and supported in their health concerns.
doctors are lovely but receptionist jenine is extremely unpleasant and rude.
They Never Do Bulk Billing, Govt Should Look into this. Paying taxes for last 25 years in Aus and still have to pay even for test results. That's sad
