I would never recommend that anyone go there. They don't respect their patients.
If you see Dr. Edmund Khoo, please be careful. He will send your sample to run a test without explaining the cost. After a month, you will get a bill from the lab without receiving any notifications or the results. Very awful experience.
Doctor James Paltridge has been an extraordinary help. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. His focus is strongly on the patient.
I have been going to this clinic for over a decade and I highly recommend Dr Edmund Koo. From my experience, Dr Koo has been attentive and thorough with his care. If Dr Koo is not available, I would also recommend Dr Gurjeet Singh. I’ve left this at four stars due to one appointment about a year ago with another doctor where I felt my illness was questioned in a dismissive way, which didn’t feel supportive at the time. Overall, my experience at the clinic has been positive.
