I have a Basement Watchdog from 2012. I just moved back into my house after 7 months due to severe water damage, so to say I'm concerned about flooding would be an understatement. A part of our 3 year old Sump pump combo corroded. We had the manual....but had lost sales receipt. We emailed customer service....and dealt with Corey. The customer service was BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS!! We have had this save our becks a couple times now and will never invest in a different company. You have ours and our families business for life. In a world with so much uncertainty.....THANK YOU.
The customer service I received was elite. They solved my problem and stood by their product even though it was out of warranty. I have had great experiences with Basement Watchdog products in an area with a very high water table and really hard water. Buy with confidence.
Hate coming here, won’t be back! they have 5 docks to load but they only use one! So annoying!! They load so slow!
2024 Have had my system for about 5 years now. The company warrantied the first pump. Finally, I had to replace the old battery with a new sealed one. I was very happy to receive the same high level of friendly customer service from Eric. This is a well managed company I'm glad to support. Can't believe the amazing customer service I got from Cory in reference to my Watch Dog Sump Pump. Thank you for standing behind your product!!
