Awesome service, I had a few questions about paint chip repair and they were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me out. I very much appreciated the assistance, will be coming here for sure if I ever need any repairs! A few nice euro cars in the garage undergoing some surgery. Thanks again!
I went to this garage 10 years ago and it was fixed less than half and an hour. Yesterday I went to the garage to fix my bumper as it was detached slightly after I knocked on a pole while reversing my car. He just took a good look at my car and fixed it back in less than 5 minutes without charging a single cent. This is my best neighbour garage and his service is highly recommended.
Didn't use their services but called up for a non crash related repair and the person on the phone recommended Norwood Auto Services, and they were awesome. Going off that I'm happy to recommend this business.
Friendly, honest and professional repairers. Pete is really down to earth. He gave me two repair options, explained the cost-benefit analysis of each and then gave his (excellent) recommendation considering the nature of the work that needed to be done. Sent my car for repairs after a crash. Thinking that it is RAA approved, it would be good to send my car there. After 3 weeks the car body was repaired but the door handle wasn't replaced. The reason given was he couldn't find the part. He said he will give me a call and bring the car back when he found the part. It's been one and a half years now and not a single call. Don't trust this guy.This is the worst crash repair shop I have ever come across. RAA should remove its acreditation.
