Money grabbers tryjng to bill me for things i didnt get. No empathy
I couldn't ask for better support of after care from this wonderful practice. Sam, my much loved two year old rescue cat collapsed on Friday evening and it was clear he'd lost his balance and didn't know what was happening to him. I rang my (most local) Kilrea branch of this veterinary practice; they didn't have appointments available on Saturday but quickly booked me in to their Maghera surgery. I am always extremely impressed by how professional, knowledgeable and caring everyone is in this practice, both the vets and veterinary nurses. They are obviously very committed to giving the best care to every pet, and are always very friendly and reassuring to both myself and our dog.
