The help acted like they were doing you a favor to wait on you.
Don't go here if you have small children with a stroller. They are so paranoid about people stealing there stuff they won't let you in with a child stroller. Don't have much of the real Army surplus anymore anyways.
I love their prim and craft section
Not family friendly!!! Wouldn't allow us to bring a stroller in when I have 1 year old twins. I can't carry both of them by myself and didn't have shopping carts to accommodate small children. Very rude employees also.

Lots of Guy stuff to look at and buy at a good price. Ladies have a big crafting section to look through while their guy gets lost in the other sections of the store. Love this place �
Sent them at least 5 requests for information on a product. Over 7 days, no response. Then when they finally do respond, they tell me the responded to every on of my requests. They did not, E-bay can see if they sent me a response. In the end, the blocked me, said I was rude, after 5 requests with nothing coming back, yes I was starting to get rude. Seeing how correspondence goes through E-bay, i'm going to file a complaint against Glens Surplus AKA Shelby's Mall.
