They have all new pharmacy staff and pharmacist. Im very dissatisfied with the services not recieved on many occasions, lack of curtesy, long waits, no privacy when picking up medicines, rude staff, and pharmacy techs make promises they have no intention of keeping for customer service. Because of this I will no longer shop there or frequent their pharmacy at any of their locations. I will be shopping elsewhere for everything!
The staff is very friendly and are more helpful than the big places - especially good for me as I have difficulty getting around
We visited this pharmacy while vacationing in Manistee. The pharmacist was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions and took the time to show me where to find what I needed. The store is brand new and very well kept. All around wonderful experience. Will return for any pharmacy needs in the future.
Glen's employees go out of their way to service Bois Blanc Island customers. My relatives ordered a fruit basket from Glen's and it was fantastic. Not only was the basket wonderful but they made sure we knew it was coming on the ferry so we could pick it up. Thank you Glen's employees!!!
I've heard that people have problems with their coupons. They also never answer that main phone number. Use the "extra phones/fax" Number.
wow i can't believe this Family Fare. I love shopping here and working here. It's one of the best family fare's that i've ever been in. It's also on of the the best places that i have ever worked at.
need to watch for expired dates on products
advertised sale prices are wonderful. I do like carryout service, but I'm willing to sacrifice it for great grocery prices. Ample parking.
