I arrive at urgent care. Vomiting with blood through it. Ambulance called went to glens falls hospital they discharge me for chest pain. Unreal. Last night coughing up more blood, BP up.
The Emergency Department organization and patient processing is absolutely horrible. Waited 4 hours with my 88 year old mother with Alzheimer’s and we had to leave. Atrocious.
Come here if you want to wait 5 hours for an antibiotic while the waiting room is EMPTY. thank you for having NO urgency or regard for time wasted
I’m so disgusted with the way they’re running the ER. They can put so much money into renovations meanwhile they’re neglecting the patients. Had to bring my child in earlier this week, the nurses in triage ignored our concerns halfway through asking what was going on, started talking over me and talking to each other instead. They decided they didn’t like how high her fever was so they checked her temp again under her tongue while she ate an ice pop to yield a better result, discredited my child because she got her left and ... read more
I don’t know where to begin. My elderly mother came in by ambulance after a fall. Got the X-rays done quickly, but after four hours waiting to speak to a doctor , and repeatedly being told how busy they were, my patience wore thin. ESPECIALLY when walking back to my mother’s room, I see a doctor, sitting at a desk, playing a chess game on an ER computer.
