I don’t know where to begin. My elderly mother came in by ambulance after a fall. Got the X-rays done quickly, but after four hours waiting to speak to a doctor , and repeatedly being told how busy they were, my patience wore thin. ESPECIALLY when walking back to my mother’s room, I see a doctor, sitting at a desk, playing a chess game on an ER computer. Never go to this hospital. Probably gives you more trauma than preventing it. I got a concussion, came through ambulance. Staff was yelling at me - EMTS (even laughing) and nurses. They were annoyed and thought I was faking (I couldnt stand properly, had a neck brace and they made me stand up when I felt like I was going to fall and die). Wouldnt let me use the restroom when I needed to. Discharged me at 2am with no ride and no shoes. Was in a lot of pain and disoriented. Came by ambulance still in the waiting room 11 hrs later with some pretty serious health issues...nothing but attitude about how busy they are. Half the people in the waiting room left AMA because no one is trying to actually see us. Guess we know how they make money now.by not performing patient care.
Never, ever again!! Just go to exit 11 you'll be in and out in an hour. If it's serious go to St Peter's.
On February 5, 2026, at approximately 4:00 PM, the ambulance was driving in a dangerous and reckless manner. The driver repeatedly changed lanes across multiple lanes at once, cut off a truck, and then abruptly merged directly in front of my vehicle, creating a serious risk of a collision. I narrowly avoided an accident due to these actions.
