I have a fear of hospitals in general and my experience did NOT help. I went in with some arm pain that was unusual for me. Upon entering, waited about 4 hours to be taken in, packed shoulder to shoulder in the waiting room with other sick people. I waited patiently, knowing the place was surely full. Everything was fine when I got in my room, but my med nurse was the worst person I've ever had the misfortune to meet. Was patient with the staff and they were patient with me. All in all, decent experience. Wont want to break my foot again, but i know they will be there to help if i do.
The er is a joke. They are not trauma informed and trauma trained. If you have any mental health history and conditions and they know this they treat you like a number and neglect you of medical needs. they are very rude and treat people like garbage. i dont reccomend tbjs hospital to any one.
