Awful just awful, went in with concerns of kidney stones. I sat there for 4+ hours for them to do no testing no images nothing. The male doctor poked my back a few times and was like yup pinched nerve.... No urine test, no blood tests, monitered me after giving me over the counter medication when nothing changed, the doctor gave me fricken valium and sent me on my way. I was greeted tonight by a very rude security guard. Was told no one is allowed to wander around HIS ER waiting area. I stated I didn't know it was his ER ..... He asked my name who I was there to see and I told him my name and then he threw his hands up said it's going to be one of those nights and he wasn't dealing with my attitude which I didn't have one I was just trying to get in to see my mom which I had been there an hour prior but had to leave. I took my 84 year old father here for hip replacement. From the pre-surgery appointments to the discharge, we had a fantastic experience. From surgeon and anesthesiology team to pharmacy to (amazing) nurses, we were met with professionalism, warmth, and listening ears. I’d give our experience 12 stars if I could! And for those who might be vetting orthopedic surgeons, ours was Dr. Canfield. Skilled, kind, and a listener. Highly recommend.
