If I could give them less than one star, I definitely would this place is absolutely terrible. We repaired our vehicle and it came back with more problems than it did to start with before the wreck and when you called them, there are absolutely no help at all and they just basically wait until the warranty. Period is over. I would not recommend my enemy to go to this place. We have been repairing our vehicle since we got it back from them.
Ms Tammi at front desk was always very polite and did a great job updating me through the repair process. The place is very convenient they handled everything with my rental as far as getting them to pick me up from the body. Bring me back to the body to get my vehicle and even getting ahold of my insurance and enterprise on extending the rental length. The shop did amazing work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in this are
So I felt it was necessary to update a rebuild did after my initial repairs. So long story short, repairs were completed on the claim and then later i noticed a part wasn’t replaced. body shop sent me a review to complete and I mentioned this discrepancy. With in 30 min maybe less I got a phone call from the service manager assigned to my truck . He asked about the issue, wanted me to send pics and bam 💥 like a day later problem solved.
