Ms Tammi at front desk was always very polite and did a great job updating me through the repair process. The place is very convenient they handled everything with my rental as far as getting them to pick me up from the body. Bring me back to the body to get my vehicle and even getting ahold of my insurance and enterprise on extending the rental length. The shop did amazing work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in this are
So I felt it was necessary to update a rebuild did after my initial repairs. So long story short, repairs were completed on the claim and then later i noticed a part wasn’t replaced. body shop sent me a review to complete and I mentioned this discrepancy. With in 30 min maybe less I got a phone call from the service manager assigned to my truck . He asked about the issue, wanted me to send pics and bam 💥 like a day later problem solved. They will push back your completion date multiple times and tell customers don’t mind the text that’s just an estimate well how about you take out the text confirmation from your business?? They will tell you “Tomorrow, Tomorrow” and whenever you call back it is indeed NOT ready when you call that next day. Find somewhere else that will have your car fixed in a timely manner.

After a MISERABLE experience elsewhere, we had our insurance cover a tow to this garage for a second opinion. Although Glen's wasn't really able to assist, they were able to provide honest feedback and we did not have to chase them down. They were extremely apologetic and did not want it to seem as if they were passing along a problem to someone else, but they did exactly what we had asked them to do: be honest.
