I brought in my vehicle for repairs and after they tore apart my vehicle, they said they wouldnt work on my vehicle because it was deemed as a total loss per insurance claim. All my vehicke needed replaced wss a door, fender and front bumper. It is still a drivable vehicle. I had to pay them $225 to reassemble the passenger door, fender and front bumper. Now my door lock doesnt work and neither does my hatch. They were working prior to them teari g apart my pilot.
Classic collision was an exceptional experience. Not only did they fix my car It looks beautiful they detailed the inside. I haven't had many body shop experiences but I don't remember ever getting my car detailed. When I got in my car that day I put my stuff down and saw how clean it was, I opened the door to their business and I looked at Tammy and I said thank you the inside of my car is so beautiful. She probably thought I was nuts but I really appreciate that though guys ❤

We're ready for us as soon as we walked in the door at our scheduled appointment time for an insurance claim inspection. Quick and painless check-in process and we were in and out in about 30 minutes, including the short wait for the Enterprise guy to pick us up.
