HORRIBLE, RIP OFF! I work at a parts store. Just had a customer return his brakes and rotors saying that Glen's claimed they were the 'wrong parts' when they were all warratnied out for a previous purchase that were already installed on vehicle. This man is a valued customer here and I am extremely dissapointed with Glen's Auto for ripping him off and overcharging a nice amount.
Fast Inspection Service When we needed an auto inspection at the last minute, Glen's Auto Service was able to get us in quickly. They offered to do it while we waited or we could pick it up later. When I chose to wait, the mechanic walked me through the inspection procedure so that I could see what they were doing.
