I am still trying to get all of the pieces of the Texport Hammock I ordered in May for Father's Day. Box arrived in decent condition and on time, hence the two stars. I contacted customer service and was told that the manufacturer would send the missing pieces. I received replacement parts that were mostly incorrect. Sent another message asking to replace the missing/incorrect pieces. Customer Service responded that the manufacturer will send the required parts. I received one part today. The boots are of good quality from Carolina (the manufacturer). I bought them for one of my workers who wears a size 18 4E. (Unfortunately, Michelle in customer service sent the wrong size. So I cannot review the fit and I have to send them back). But they would have been an excellent value for the cost if they had fit. Unfortunately, my worker missed out on the project/money that he could have made due to Michelle's mistake. He didn't have the proper boots in time to go to the site.
