I am surprised at the reviews I have read, I’m wandering if it’s the same surgery at whitegate drive that I attend. I have been with this surgery for years, I have always found the receptionists to be friendly and helpful, except for the odd one over the years, the current reception staff are really helpful and empathetic. Impossible to get past the receptionist, they just block you from seeing a gp
11/7/25 Tried to get appointment (9/7/25 to 11/7/25). Four phone calls and 5 visits to surgery and told to use Patches, I explained we could not get into patches, the reply was YOU MUST USE PATCHES !. Still no appointment and still cannot get into Patches, changed from 4* back to there usual 1*. Awful reception staff previous comment. Current Telephony Staff simply the most unhelpful people I've ever encountered and want to block patients disturbing / seeing medical staff.
