Just sharing for others that not all doctors are bulk billed when booking you need to read the terms and conditions very carefully beforehand. We booked with Dr Fatemah and only realised she was private on the day. Dr herself was professional, courteous through the simple consultation.

I visited this clinic requesting a tetanus vaccination for peace of mind. The consultation felt rushed, with very few questions asked and very little explanation provided. I was told that because more than 24 hours had passed, the vaccine would be ineffective, and my request was declined. I’ve had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The wait times are consistently terrible — the doctors are always running late, with no sense of responsibility when it comes to respecting patients’ time. I had to leave work early to attend my appointment, only to find out the doctor was once again delayed. On top of that, the receptionist’s behaviour was quite rude, which made the situation even more frustrating. To the wonderful receptionist at Glenroy medical centre mj... she's been absolutely amazing each time that I've spoken to her. She's so well mannered and patient with any queries that I have. She's also very polite and goes above and beyond to help out with anything. MJ is a rare individual who deserves the recognition of her hard work.. we must appreciate it. She's kind and caring and she cares about the patients.. thank you mj for all that you do for us. God bless you.

I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences with this clinic. The reception is disorganised, and the doctors seem more focused on moving patients through quickly than providing attentive care. The final straw was being told I was to be charged for a standard GP appointment to renew a prescription, despite the clinic advertising as bulk billing. We’ve even had post-natal nurses advise us not to take our baby there due to their bad reputation and seek medical advice from clinics in neighbouring suburbs.
