Really positive experience at this medical centre. The team was professional, organised, and respectful of patients’ time. A special thank you to the doctor Maikel Sackla I saw – genuinely hospitable, humble, and attentive. Took the time to listen properly and made the whole visit feel comfortable rather than rushed. I dont want to even give 1 star to this horrible business. Receptionists are all incompetent and unprofessional. They and the doctor called the me by the wrong name in reception, and laughed at about it, if I hadn't have asked if they meant me I would have missed my appointment. Which as usual involved a 25 minute wait, with no apologies for my time. I have numerous complicated medical issues and in 2 years of trying to deal with these people, not 1 doctor has even taken my blood pressure or offered any useful advice. Today... read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. In my experience, many of the doctors were unprofessional and lacked thoroughness, often rushing appointments and not allowing enough time to properly discuss concerns. I consistently felt that the focus was on moving to the next patient rather than understanding the issue at hand. Most concerning, one doctor failed to recognise what later turned out to be my husband’s appendicitis, which resulted in a serious condition and a two-week hospital stay. I phoned up on Saturday 8th July at 12.50pm and the girl that answered the phone was so rude I told her so. If this is how your reception staff treat potential patients they need to be fired. To be spoke to like this in a customer service environment is disgusting and I hope every person that reads this avoids this place like the plague.
