The clinic gets quite busy at times, so longer waiting periods are understandable. Despite this, the team does their best to manage everything professionally. The doctors are attentive and provide quality care. Receptionist Mary Jane has always been polite and helpful during my visits, which makes the overall experience smoother. Appreciate the effort from the whole team.

I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences with this clinic. The reception is disorganised, and the doctors seem more focused on moving patients through quickly than providing attentive care. The final straw was being told I was to be charged for a standard GP appointment to renew a prescription, despite the clinic advertising as bulk billing. We’ve even had post-natal nurses advise us not to take our baby there due to their bad reputation and seek medical advice from clinics in neighbouring suburbs.

Absolutely ridiculous. I booked a Telehealth appointment for 6:20pm and sat there waiting for the doctor to call. By 6:55, still nothing. so I called reception. They casually told me the doctor won’t even start making calls until 7:00pm… and I’m fifth in line. So what was the point of booking for 6:20? I was never going to get a call anywhere near that time. To the wonderful receptionist at Glenroy medical centre mj... she's been absolutely amazing each time that I've spoken to her. She's so well mannered and patient with any queries that I have. She's also very polite and goes above and beyond to help out with anything. MJ is a rare individual who deserves the recognition of her hard work.. we must appreciate it. She's kind and caring and she cares about the patients.. thank you mj for all that you do for us. God bless you.

My wife had the worst experience with receptionist Chris and another lady at the hospital. They were incredibly unprofessional, and showed no empathy or respect for patients. Their attitude made an already stressful situation even worse. Very disappointed with the way she was treated. Definitely not the kind of service you expect in a healthcare setting. I hope the hospital addresses this serious issue with their staff.
