I've been to a couple of different dentists in Glenroy for the same urgent fix of my teeth, and I found Glenroy Dental Care is the best in town. Staff are very friendly, efficient and most importantly, professional. They provided me with the most needed advice/care, and I didn't feel like I was ripped off, as I felt in other places. I'm planning to bring my kids too for their check-ups.
A caring and friendly dental clinic. I am a big scaredy-cat when it comes to dentists thanks to bad orthodontic experiences in the 80’s as a young teenager and the equally scary costs. But my teeth were starting to bother me so I had to be brave and book myself in. I do appreciate that I can book online. The dentists here are very friendly, calm and reassuring. Clean and nice environment. Dr Ben and colleagues were friendly and knowledgeable.
I don't ever post regarding my experiences on this or any platform . I have been a patient with this group for over 30 yrs, Today I had a very difficult tooth extraction Dr Thai used a term surgical extraction was needed, even with this thought not once did I feel anxious, 40 minutes into trying to get this rotten tooth out, his whole approach was calm precise and confident, he had my confidence because of this, Trust goes along way.
