Location is absolutely awful run from here if you haven’t closed yet! Winterbrooke place, Glenross, Berlin Station- all are located in a tight proximity to the railroad with multiple crossings. The hidden trick that doesn’t bother you in a daytime is that trains are heavily scheduled at NIGHTTIME and they have a rule to honk on every crossing (2 long and 2 short)!!!! My home is nice, but the environmental amenities are terrible. Trash in ponds, they also smell like rotten eggs. The trees look good but it’s hard to admire them with the pond stink. Overall, me and neighbors are always happy with our homes but please fix the ponds.
Had an excellent experience with my new Pulte home. Sales and construction went very smoothly. Very friendly and capable employees and the house is amazing. Pulte has very good floorplans to offer and a wide range of options. We were able to get the exact house we always wanted. We also love the amenities here (pool, clubhouse, gym, walking trails). Close to great schools and Polaris, very good location.
Loved everything about the Lights of Glenross. This is our 2nd year attending.
