Terrible reception, extremely blunt and rude with a bad attitude. Without any questions she transferred me to pathology in Wagga when I was looking to book at The Rock, I had no idea I was even speaking to someone in Wagga because she gave no indication of that either. A receptionist job is to pass information between patient and the practice, not to shove them off the phone as quickly as possible.
